bad customer service
Nobody answer the customer service call, and sometime when paying, once you exit by accident, when you come back you cannot pick the same seat again.
Barely functional and UK-specific
Tried putting in my mobile number and Eircode but it seems Vue thinks all its cinemas are in the UK and thinks my details are invalid!

Awful experience - and that’s when it actually ‘works’ as it didn’t for the past couple of days. Won’t link to Facebook for entry, and if you’ve forgotten your password- takes ages be for you can reset, which you’ll need to attempt a few times. Of course, when eventually got in to buy and pay them money, the chosen seats plus any decent ones nearby, are taken. Total pain using VUE and only do when no other cinema choice in my location at a given time. With all the money they’re saving by insisting on online booking- you’d think they’d spend a portion of that getting their website right. Instead, I presume they’re only pocketing the savings for the shareholders. Strangely enough, if they got the website right, they’d probably increase sales by 20%+ because not everyone’s as persistent and me.
Notifications for upcoming ticket sales
If a film is coming out in a couple of months time, I’d love to sign up for notifications when the tickets go on sale. Surely good for business too. Otherwise good app!
Useless
Prompted my to update the app. Brings me to the app update page and now in an endless loop of update the app to app not working and you need to update. Utterly useless !!! And yes I have tried to turn it off and turn it back on!!!
