If you want cartoons or CBeebies or cbbc for older than this is the app forbyou
Really!!!
One thing Tracy Beaker Returns the episode where a girl falls off the roof made me CRY so much and it scared me SO much it didn’t help because you could tell it was going to happen she was already slipping please make an option to make sure that you can take things like THAT off of the kids profile
Interesting.. AWESOME!
This app is so amazing! It’s for any age and I just love it I can watch my fav shows even tho it’s not on tv. ALSO SO EASY TO MAKE A Profile! All you have to do is... 1. Write your name 2. Write your age 3. Pick a monster for your profile! Literally that is all! THE BEST APP EVERRRR sadly the app is no longer available on App Store I’m soooo sadddd:(
Why shut the app down?
Although the app is really good where you can watch shows, why would you close the app down.I just started watching the amazing shows which are brilliant.I wish you could stay it up for another two years.I gave it four stars because 1 ⭐️ for shutting the app down in the future and 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it an amazing app like I said.Hope any other readers will understand the problem and want you to let the app stay for a little longer.
Great, but if you are going to deprecate it...
... and make kids use the main iPlayer app, then you need to change the age restrictions. The App Store currently has it at 12+, so young kids can't access it.
Why oh why remove this app
It’s one of the best things BBC supply…the normal iPlayer is really not good at focussing on children… even with creating profiles..this was a huge mistake…please reconsider
Come on BBC: Think!
BBC kids iplayer (target audience 5-8) is closing with the bbc recommendation for us to create a kids profile on the main iplayer. Great idea except for the fact that the regular iplayer app in the Apps store is 12+ so for us responsible parents that use Apple age restriction we have two options (1) set a 12+ restriction on our ipad’s so that our young children can watch their favourite CBeebies / CBBC programmes or (2) tell them they can no longer watch them, or at least not until they are 12! The kids player is a five star app but the bbc lose four stars for this decision. I can understand that it must cost a lot to maintain two iplayer apps but at least have a sensible plan before retiring an app that our kids love. Bbc, you produce some great app and are a great producer of content. Let’s have a better decision that supports your younger viewers. I don’t know if you read these reviews. If you do then i look forward to your reply.
