I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles from this app but one thing that should be standard now is a fast time for the electronic transfer of money. All banks that I deal with do this almost instantly or within a couple of minutes. I’d be interested to know why this can’t be achieved for this bank.

I found opening a new Beehive account easy. Although there were a number of steps I found it reassuring that I had to prove my ID and set up strong security. I initially used my laptop but it was easy to switch to my phone to send photos of ID and selfie. The app downloaded quickly on my phone and I was able to log in and start using it straight away. I made a mistake with my opening deposit but I was able to get through to a very helpful lady on customer service quickly who told me what to do and it all worked just as she had said it would. Highly recommend.

I find the app easy to use to keep an eye on my savings. I set up my accounts on the web and they were immediately available to view on the app. I like the visuals on the app. Good rates for saving.

Pretty poor to be honest sort code not recognised try another and another rang help line you can’t be verified on the first one as the bank is too new (3ys) uk (146ys) USA tried a well established uk bank over 100 yrs old….and no you have to contact the bank. Phew at this point put my money elsewhere thanks beehive. Take a look at atom and Kroo you will learn how an app based bank works.
