Remote Start
Good for remote starting my car but no other feature worked. Living in Canada nothing else works. Renewal fee is far too expensive to keep using.

This app is not as helpful as it could be if your car is stolen. Took Subaru customer service 30 mins to connect with me. In the mean time my car was in a cop chase and rammed into by 3 police cruiser. If there was an “my car has been stolen” button on the app that connects you to local police and connected you with Subaru immediately then the car could have been turned off and all this could have been prevented.
CanadaLonger Idle Times Needed
The idea of this app is wonderful but the 10 minute idle times are too short. Even if you start the car a second time for another 10 minutes, the app restricts you to a "total combined maximum idle runtime of 20 minutes" before you must manually start the car. I understand the need to lower emissions, but the ambient temperature in Canada is regularly -30 C and 20 minutes is not long enough to warm the car. If the app creators do not extend the idle times, I will simply stop paying for this subscription service and buy an aftermarket command start system. I would recommend others do the same.

App is useless. When trying to schedule appointment from app, it’s gives Oops sorry messages. Why have the option when you cannot use it. Maintenance does not show any maintenance history. I have to manually add each visit in the app. It does not show detailed spec information about my vehicle.
