Can’t add or remove channels
Pretty useless. Can’t add or remove channels - Am redirected to the website. Also can’t update my contact number. Uninstalled.
Easy
To easy, pay bills and look at account, only wish you can edit your channels from this app without going into the website

App doesnt want to always load , and so far everytime i try to contact support it has issues and i cant reach them unless i call
Ok app
This app is ok its sometimes glitchy but it gives you an out look ok all your cogeco services I hope in future updates they add were you can pay your bill and modify your services through the app not on the website as of right now theres just a link they provide to the my account website I think it would be more convenient if it can all be done with in then cogeco my account app thanks
Removed ability to pay
Why would you remove the ability to pay one's bill from the app? It's useless now. At least I get to save space on my phone though.
