What's the point?
Got app, used it to pre-order dinner several hours prior to pick-up. Got an email letting me know I had to pick up on time please. Get there, no order. It "hadn't been entered". Uh, entered into what? I have the order on my phone & the charge on my credit card. If the order has to be re-entered somewhere else, what's the point of ordering using this app?

I was excited to sign up for rewards. The app never sends an SMS message so I cannot login and thus this was a waste of time. Asked about this at my local location and they had no help to give.

There is no point in getting the app I never get points when I do. I’ve pretty much stopped using it and after finding it frustrating I just go elsewhere. The first time the store cancelled the order and then called me when I was driving to pick it up. No points. The next time they didn’t cancel it and have it ready when I got there but again no points.

The basic “order your food” portion of the app is OK, nothing fancy and you’ll get your food but the checkout process is terrible. The app never ‘remembers’ your info so you’re always having to input it every time you order and there’s no option to ever use your Noodle Box Points so what’s the point in even having a loyalty program? Considering how popular this restaurant chain is, they could have shelled out some money on a halfway decent App design and come up with a more user friendly and functional interface.

I love Noodlebox and the food is great. But I’ll avoid ordering it lately because this interface is such a pain. It never remembers your details and you need to basically re-register every time. Why not just add Apple Pay or some like of simple system It also glitches out at the end of an order and doesn’t let you go back to view any details. Again, tasty food, terrible app.

This app used to be great. It’s no longer updating when you submit a mobile order and no email notifications either. This app needs a serious overhaul. I’ve been getting no rewards for my last two orders!! It just takes your order and that’s it.
