Once you have been approved for TD Mobile POS, it's easy to get your TD Mobile PINpad up and running.

Download and install the TD Mobile POS smartphone app.***

Won't let me log in.

Every single time I try to log into it, it keeps saying I'm not a user and that my information is "incorrect".

This is barely passable. You have to calculate tax manually in 2020. Cmon!!!

Signing in can be difficult

I keep my app open as I use it all day, but it signs me out automatically after a period of no activity. When I go to sign back in it takes a couple of tries before it accepts my password. This makes the payment process much slower for clients. It would be much nicer if the iOS version had a thumbprint password just like the TD Banking App.

So clunky. Needs work.

Ahh the age we live in. Where the largest companies, charged with making the best (and only) options (I’m looking at you apple podcast app...) end up coming out with a clunky 2nd rate app that does the job, but only barely. This app is no exception. I’m a Barber...so on average, 7-9 transactions a day at $40-60 each. First off, can we have the option to save the password? I know, you put a handy pin entry to get you logged back in, but that doesn’t help you if the app crashes and logs you out every time. Which brings me to my next point. Every time I get to the screen where I have to decide to enter notes on the purchase (why?? Why????? Why can’t I decide what options are needed at checkout? Make a list of things I can have in my “checkout workflow” instead of sending me through an email receipt page, a page for notes, etc.)...9/10 instead of going back to the price entry screen, it says “invalid session” and logs me out. So every time i check a customer out I have to log back into the app, entering the password (because it doesn’t save) turn on the POS (because it shuts off...not “goes to sleep”, it full on shuts off, so I have to wait for a full reboot) and THEN I start the cumbersome and clunky checkout where the customer has to hit next 4 times in order to get to the part where they tap on the POS. Make a better app. Listen to our feedback. Give your customers options. Do a better job. We are paying for it.

Please fix!!!

After months of connection issues & it finally working again (after the latest app update), I’m now Unable to login at all. I’ve tried deleting & re-downloading, still unable to log in. Had to get a Square card reader as a back up. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!

Won’t login

I have been using this app and system for 1 year now. It would be nice if it could calculate the tax for you, and save password for login. However, currently the app will not work on any Rogers network. I have spoken with Rogers and with the app developers and Rogers has not had any mention of the data restriction issue. Please fix this problem !!!!!!! I have been down for 3 weeks now !!!!

Requires improvement

I like that this is easy to use for transactions and is a trusted bank. However it doesn’t work with Rogers. So I have to be connected to wifi to use. Also lacks simple functions like saving items for quick use and no ability to add tax. So you have to calculate tax first.
