App and website down
The app and website have been down for a month now. Can’t submit anything since you can’t get on and third parties can’t submit either.
CanadaBuggy, and long submission processes
The app bugs out a lot, so better to just use the website for everything other than checking remaining coverage. Submissions are a joke, they make you download and update a pdf that you then have to upload back to the app 🤦♂️ it’s 2024… shouldn’t be this hard for something so basic.
CanadaSlow buggy app
Makes you go through several steps and then errors out. 5 pages into a claim, you get an error. Hate these cheap web apps packaged as phone apps. There no "refresh page" on an app... We can’t display this info right now. Try refreshing the page or check back again later.
CanadaWorst App ever
The execution of this app is awful. I have never seen a more laggy buggy terrible app.
