Random locks on account
I’ve had this issue going for a while first time it happened was in March , it says can’t log in because too many attempts even though no one has attempted to log in , I call and they say that they see no lock on the account on their end so there’s nothing they can do about it. Im forced to log in with safari which is super inconvenient. I used to be very pleased with the app but no longer am.
