Can’t deposit a check
I can’t deposit a check using the app. It keeps saying “We hit a snag. Try again in a bit,” with a cactus image. I uninstalled and reinstalled. The amount is within the deposit limit. I have only had this account a few months and have never tried depositing before.
Decline bonus every single time!?!
I’ve tried the shopping app and as people mention you never get the bonus. But why do I have to decline it EVERY single time I open the app. It’s a good app I love it functionality, except that there are no check images like my other bank.
Terrible app
It won’t let me reset my password. They should use other options to verify identity like authenticator app and phone.

I have been trying to report a fraud on my account for 2 hours.I still have not been able to report. It is for $29 dollars.
