App Support abandoned Nov 25th
Was a good app (previous one was even better) as it takes advantage of the larger Ipad screen. Unfortunately - am disappointed - they are abandoning this to force folks to use web browser. Disappointing for mobile users as webbrowsers are no where as easy to use for mobile screens as apps. They do seem to be retaining apps for iphone screen which is good.
Do they actually test their app?
Pretty much neglected app and has been that way for years. On an iPad Pro 12”, when entering an order and the pop up to select buy or sell appears, you can’t actually see the “sell” as it doesn’t fit in the window. Same goes for selecting the currency. You see “cdn” but the US doesn’t fit in the window. That’s pretty sloppy. Makes you wonder if they even test their app on different devices. There are not that many! The other annoying thing about this app is that you have to enter your phone number and password the first time that you want to submit a transaction in an account. When you are switching through multiple accounts it’s a pain. I can understand entering the password each time but if the iPhone app always knows my phone number that’s listed in my account, why can’t the iPad app do the same? Touch ID and some improved charting functions would be nice.

Impossible de comprendre que la BMO est incapable de faire mieux. A chaque modification, c est de pire en pire. Vraiment frustrant quand tu dois transiger via ton mobile
Unable to log in
Can log in via my computer no problem but cannot via my IPad. Just read other reviews and I see it’s not me! Please fix-ridiculous!
