Fix the app refresh
So many issues on the app to be honest. It’s seriously affecting Air France brand. Credit avaibility is not refreshing accurately after sending funds. Many glitch on payment updates…
Face ID Stops Working After couple days
FIX THE FACE ID ISSUE - it is so frustrating having to re-enter email and password every couple days. If all other banking apps can do it right, why can’t Brim do it!? Holy god it’s so annoying

Air France devrait se pencher sur cette Apple vraiment pas à la hauteur. S’identifier est laborieux. Il faut toujours taper le mot de passe. Vraiment pas sérieux!!
Do not subscribe / AirFrance dissociate your name from them
Brim is the worst. As one comments says here… cumulating points and mile is sick… when it works! After 3 months using the card, a glitch in the system made my card decrease miles each time I made a payment instead of cumulating miles. I have a case open since May 2023! You wait hours to talk to customer support, never their fault, never their issue. Always « escalating »… and « you will receive a call back »…. I did not receive any follow-up to my emails since July 2023. Just stopped answering me. You can never be copied to escalation emails, no proof it was sent, never have a first name at least of a manager, nor a dedicated line for escalation…. Nothing. Each time have to go back to the hours long wait to speak to someone and re-explain your issue each time. Just save your time… look at other Credit Card.
Class action should be done!!!
NEVER apply for this card 1. They never refunded me the miles that I earned 2. I closed my account 2 months ago, they never report it to the credit agency and they have no customer service to handle it. I Have to do it myself
Services need to be updated
About to close the account, not worth it No way to pay your account through Interac as beginning when I applied, they did not advise their customer for this modification-not professional at all They deducted about 20k miles for no reason without any notification and explanation The app doesn't redirect you to the payment page Will close the account anytime soon!
This App really needs to Improve
The credit card is pretty sick, and cumulating miles is even greater… when it works. Lot of complaints, and still some good points. Please update this app asap! Really needs a lot of fix right now 1- customer service is friendly 2- cumulating miles direct to our account is good BUT: 1- I got a 30k miles deductions for nothing… and a month after still not fixed! (Realized it was deducting miles with purchases, instead of adding them) 2- can’t remember face ID … very painful to log on all the time. 3- statement sometimes not available for few days 4- amount due on Dashboard does not reflect any pending payments 5- payment done to Credit Card takes DAYS to be posted 6- and I could continue like this…. But at least if you coud fix the login issue, fix de miles deduction and expedite received payments would be already great! Thanks
