No app access
Have tried to open app and it gets stuck on opening page. When I can get past the opening page it won’t allow me to login to my account. Been trying to use the app for 3 weeks now with no luck. Very frustrating.
CanadaConsistently bad
This app is constantly freezing, sound and video don’t match up all the time after it freezes. Very frustrating for watching sports.
CanadaStutters
Stutters every 3-5 minutes while watching the blue jays game. For as large as a telecom company Rogers is you would expect this app to work without a hitch. My network is on Google mesh nodes so everything runs well except for this app.

I can never log into the app when Rogers is updating their system between 2am and 6am eastern standard time.
CanadaTerrible App
For a communications company that claims to be the best, this is an embarrassment! I spend a fortune on internet services with this company; which means I have very fast service! I have a high end router; which means I have very good internet strength around my entire home. The app CONSTANTLY stops responding and freezes. Then when it comes back, the sound and audio do not match. IMPOSSIBLE to watch the olympics on this app. Another pet peeve!!!! While I’m sitting in my backyard, I can’t stream to a larger screen. So much for outdoor movies with the family!
