I have Rogers and use ignite. Why can’t we download the app to my smart tvs etc. I’m considering getting bell so I can use it at cottage and home. Come on…..

I have Ignite TV service at two different addresses. So I have two Rogers account (each with its own TV services) under my single MyRogers account. Currently, you can only select the Rogers account in the app at the time of signing in. In order to switch between the two Rogers accounts, I have to sign out of the app, and then sign in again. We need the option to quickly switch between the two (or more) Rogers accounts without needing to sign out and the sign in.

Pay $200 for services and they can’t make the app work, so sporadic, half the time sign in it says sorry try again later, cool story bro my show is on now. Edit: Tried that, tried it in cellphone and tablet same message
