So many ads
Decent app but to pay $25 per month and sometimes be forced to watch 5 minutes of ads before watching 9 minutes of highlights needs to change. Especially worse when the ads are for fast food and gambling- kids watch this app.

Optus sport has failed to provide good picture quality on their matches streaming regardless of watching on 4K. You can not also jump to fast forward or rewind outside the 10 sec available.

Took 1 hour to setup optus app with optus sports, i'm optus customer from 3 years now. Terrible terrible connection between apps, 10 times verifications like i'm hacking some FBI site, even after 10 verifications and taking money out of my account still I can't see match coz it will take me to same nonsense page saying your are not subscribed. Horrible Horrible service. Big let down.

Don’t get me wrong this is a really good app! But what lets it down is the fact that matches can expire and you can’t watch them anymore.

The app both on the phone and on AppleTV function just as you’d expect but could be so much better. My main complaint is that they don’t have chapters at all (unlike Stan sport), and scrubbing in the tv is really difficult leading to frustrating jumping to the end of the game sometimes. They do otherwise allow to skip ahead by 10sec increments but nothing more than that for some strange reason. The other thing is for some reason it defaults to closed caption for LaLiga games which resets back after changing it. There is nothing in the settings to stop that from happening.
