What an absolute joke of a betting app no wonder they have to give out all these specials just to get customers. No refund if a player is injured in the first 5-10 mins they couldn’t care less about clients. Just disappointed, I will be cashing out my cash and deleting this disgrace of an app.

app is terrible to navigate, difficult to find what you want, jumps around a lot when selecting and doesn’t register well. cash out bet option is a lie, it’s only ever offered before a game starts then immediately suspends. when you go to place a multi bet, you can almost guarantee it will either see a massive odds drop suddenly or it will time out and then the same bet will be offered at much lower odds. better to use alternate company.

Sign up from a promotional ad, didn’t get the promotion. Contacted support team, they said I would get it within the hour. Didn’t get it, and the round started so it was impossible after that. Placed a different bet, settled incorrectly. Sportsbet is far superior.
