What sort of a company deliberately locks its customers out of their own gift cards? Woolworths’ behaviour is despicable. Woolworths, unlock the app so we can access the gift cards we’ve paid for. It’s one thing to want to deprecate the app, it’s just cruel to your customers to lock them out completely. Unlock the app!

I am using iPhone either XS Max or 13 pro Max, the app is not working at all, no way to sign it, shows incorrect password although I was logged in the same time in browser; by using reset then click on “sign in “ on top right, this time can sign in with mobile code, but the sign in button is not there in the screen so still can not log in! What a piece of junk!

The modal dialogue box for sending a code to sms or email is too long and doesn’t allow clicking ‘submit’… all the points I collected can be committed to the server.. please fix the UX design
