This company is a blood sucking company. Don’t get into this freestyle cards or personal loan. No one knows what are the charges and how they are applied to your account. Please avoid this company…. One star rating is also not appropriate for this company.

Don’t bother with this mob. Just needed a bit of extra cash for a holiday. Went through the initial check your rate thing. Entered my various details. Only to have it white screen. And upon checking my email got an email saying I had been declined. I wasn’t even aware I was actually applying! (Clearly said on the page that this doesn’t affect credit score)

Cannot login. ‘The data could not be read because it’s not in the correct format’ Deleted the app, deleted cache. No luck. Besides this - good app.

Since the recent update I cannot access my account. The error I receive is as the following; Response could not be decoded because of error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t the correct form… I’m getting quite frustrated with the never ending bugs and errors. Please resolve the above.

If you are considering an application for either credit card or personal loan, stay well clear. $10 per month in accounting fees. Interest rate is phenomenally high. If you want to try and get ahead by making an extra payment, fees are charged for your extra payment if you make it by debit card. 1% of any transaction! Please, take your business elsewhere.
