Being paying but can’t use
Been paying for this app since July upgraded to premium & have not been able to use. Rang the helpline & was told to go to the help page which was totally useless no wonder your reviews are so disappointing!
Pay run is ok but incorrect YTD gross pay figured
Pay run is acceptable but YTD gross figures do not show up in the Year end YTD balance. This creates problems when you try to submit the year end finalisation. Worst of all, the figures cannot be manually edited or entered before submitting the year end finalisation. If they don't fix the problem before the coming year end, i would cancel their subscription and sign up with others who charge similar monthly fee anyway.

Purchased the 50% off promotion for 12 months offer only to find I am being charged full price.I have contacted them many times for it to be rectified. Edited: finally rectified after some toing and froing.

Now they don’t answer my emails at all. Unprofessional conduct in my opinion. Give this one a miss, there are better options out there.
Good App
I’ve been using the App for a while, I only have a small business which makes it simple, Only issue I have is I employ casuals, but it allocates annual leave to them, I pay a higher rate to my employees to allow for the leave accrual, would be good if this is fixed, maybe put it as an option,
Can not edit hours
Recently have issue when we adjust the hours of work with previous pays. Been a few weeks and still not fixed.
More complicated and Phase 2 is impossible!
Where do I start! I try to follow the steps to upgrade to Phase 2 but then the save button isn’t working I tap save and nothing happens and cancel just discards all the changes. This is ridiculous. The first app was great this one has too many settings. You can’t delete things in settings and the way they are named makes it harder to find what I need. The app is like a rabbit warren it often isn’t logical. Have to now pay for the app, but scheduled didn’t work, thought I had set it up but nothing. Useless! wish I could just record what’s needed with employees directly with the ATO and skip this disaster 😩😩😩😩.
