No support for drivers
In my case of someone making a mess in my car, reported to didi on the app. Automated response after one week of no resolution. We now know this company doesn’t take any responsibility whatever happens to the driver.

DiDi is giving 15 to 30 percent to the riders, and drivers are making less money than Uber drivers. 34 kilometres, DiDi is giving 34 dollars and it’s not fair for the drivers. Too much discounts on DiDi, and drivers are earning less money than Uber drivers….

AustraliaStop Accepting Trips doesn’t work!!!
Hi Team. I reported this to driver support long ago but I haven’t even got an answer. Whenever I use the Stop Accepting Trips feature, it will put me back online once the trip ends. And it doesn’t let me go offline if there is a trip it wants to give me. And sometimes if I wait for the trip to go, it will not let me go offline again and sends me another one. This already happened MANY times. Almost all my rejected and cancelled trips come from this situation. Look, I don’t want to piss my pants when a break is already long overdue or drive away when I have arrived at somewhere I wanted to go. If I want to stop, I will need to stop. Having spent decades in software development, I think this is a very easy fix. When I push the button, remove me from the pool and push me offline as soon as I finish the current trip. That simple. Please, do it asap. It is not only frustrating for the driver but also for the rider who needs to wait more for a match or will be cancelled because of this. Thanks!
