I haven’t been able to access my account at all since signing up for the audiobook subscription. Booktopia say they can’t help because it’s run by Ratuken Kobo. Rakuten have not been able to provide me access to my account. It’s been over a year.

I purchased a text book as I am doing additional post-graduate study. Unfortunately to read the ebook I needed to download your app. Upon doing so, I’ve had nothing but issues. The app freezes, crashes and takes up to 10 minutes to load a single page. I spent $130 on this textbook and I am unable to read it! Absolutely disgraceful!! Let this be a warning to others not to bother with Booktopia. Spend your money elsewhere, you’ll be better off.

This is a TERRIBLE app- my purchased books have disappeared, it’s clunky and rubbish at synching with Booktopia if you signed in with google, zero help, crappy settings. Really regretting purchasing an text book. Not worth the savings on getting an actual textbook
