Does Kobo care about bugs?
I like Kobo the service. But the user interface, the weak search function, and the bugs are disappointing. Latest update seems to have disabled downloading some audiobooks and hidden them from the list. Where did they go? No one knows.

The app has been good since I’ve had it however, lately it will not update between devices. Even though I finish a book on my iPhone it’ll not show finished on the iPad. Other times I’ll finish a book and then a few hours later I’ll open the app again and the book shows that it’s not finished on the same device.

United StatesRecent Issues w/Kobo App
Noticed just recently after subscribing to KoboPlus that my app is no longer allowing me to search for books and original home screen has disappeared. This occurred After Trial Period for KoboPlus. During trial period all way working BUT now I cannot search or download from Kobo App NOR is site downloading to Kobo App consistently, kinda “hit & miss” whether books show up on home page, under author, or series and with no way to “search” ( as its not working” there is no way to find book even though Kobo web site I have it. Frustrating. Otherwise, I love app & web site …………………… but will meed to cancel subscription to KoboPlus if issue does not resolve itself soon.

I’ve had this app with membership for a couple years and am finally going to cancel. Not user friendly to purchase books. Originally signed up when on a special with Walmart that was too good to pass up. Difficult to purchase books. And books are constantly interrupted because they are not fully downloaded when you first start listening. Very annoying. Do not recommend at all. Stick with Libby or Audible.
