App doesn't work properly. I ticked to say I had read t & c and it froze
Useless etas who knows when they will turn up if at all
Great app until you try to add a new payment card which is when the app closes so is now useless.
There needs to be a function that shows how many drivers will be working the next day, so that people wouldn't waste their time waiting for nothing and be late to work like i was now.
Awful app. Terribly designed. No search bar just a straight up input address, post code ect which doesn't let you confirm that its actually got the right place. So many pop ups of whats new and how to use it. All you need it an app to get from A to B. There shouldnt be any need to tell someone how to use it. Constantly bombards you to add your car to it despite just trying to look at how much it costs and not actually purchasing a taxi right then and there.
