Multiple canceled trips. Vehicles listed that weren't available. The rv we finally did find was incredible, but way too much trouble and hassle. The company has a LOT of work to do to improve
Very scammy. Sand storm in Death Valley where we traveled scratched a couple of doors on our rental. App/service is double charging my partner with multiple deductibles based on the insurance they mandate claiming they're separate instances. Furthermore, their claim doesn't even have the correct vehicle information (year) so this is all very suspicious. App communication is very poor. Steer clear of this service. That conversation has happened w/no response - empty words to save face in public
Money taking scam! The platform is chunky, the reps are unhelpful and you will get scammed out of money. Specifically, I rented a Winnebago 2024 to visit Death Valley. A singular incidence (a sand storm, to be precise) scratched a couple of doors. The accessory insurance is now charging me two deductibles for repairs on a 2022 Winnebago, an unrelated vehicle that I never had booked or have seen. At this point, the Outdoorsy claims rep has stopped responding to me as well. Do not recommend.
The fees on a 3 day tripwill be over *$1000
The app closes two seconds after opening it every single time. It's completely unusable.
Please update your app. Send out messages that say update required or else I think it's crashing all the time
Did a hospice trip for son. Overcharged and it has been a nightmare trying to resolve. He passed from cancer and was booked in his name. RV owner said he wasn't going to charge certain items but company did
