Pretty good, but with some "issues". The most frustrating problem is the apparent inability to "check-in" without cell service. For Death Valley, where we are now, this means not checking in until back within cell range. This should not be necessary since the Samsung S21 is GPS enabled. Also, some of the navigation does not make sense. Why can't one always get to the trail guides directly from the park home page?

I can never open this app at the actual parks. All I get is the app splash screen. Useless for offline or mobile data.
Last time I was in the app, I had marked over 100, probably over 200 sites I had been to. Now, I open the app and it wants me to log on. All the data I spent time adding is gone. Very frustrating. I went to the website on my computer and everytime I try to do anything, I get an error.
This app is nothing like the version I have on my old phone and NOT near as user friendly. I'm deleting it
Wow did this app get unusable. It used to be the best app for showing NP Sites on a map. I guess the developers feel that they always must be working on something even when it means taking a perfectly good product and driving it in to the ground. I mean my God, all people wanted was a map of national parks. The addition of national forests and state parks was cool and useful. But all of a sudden it's become nonsense. Like verbal diarrhea in app form. (Edit, ok the map is back. This is awkward)
This was my favorite National Park app until the most recent update. I kept track of where I've been by using the color coded map pins. This feature no longer exists...please bring it back.
