Bus time schedule always down. The bus route shows only the bus stop without route with lines, which makes it hard to read the route on the map. MRT/LRT down time always updated behind time, eg. When I reached the station, the lines were down way before the downtime messages were received, or the line has been normalised, but the apps still show is down.

After new update suddenly all bus timings become inaccurate,so inaccurate that there is actually no difference between using the app and not.

App keeps hanging, especially when you try to type in the name of the bus stop EDIT: Has been a problem for years, still an unfixed problem now

The timing shown in the app wasn't accurate for 50% of the time especially after 2200hrs Arrival can show 5min though it's just a stop away with no traffic light in-between There's also instances when app show abt 10mins but only appears 30mins later or 2mins but later show 17mins even though no bus was not seen passing the stop though I was there 5-7mins earlier than the arriving time Many a time the last bus arrive 3-5mins earlier than the time show on app
