Laggy, buggy, a bit clunky. Semi reliable on bus times. Live bus feed is very good. Needs a lot of polish
It looks like the same situation happens every year when the Tour de Brisbane is on that all buses are held up due to traffic congestion, one would think with technology and the smart councillors we have running Brisbane something could be done but no they would rather make people angry
I'm Translink phobic.
A lot of lag. Hard to scroll down when you select an option to read trip details and tends to jump back to top. And buses turn up out of sync with stated arrival times - even live broadcast can be wrong. Bus on GPS on map doesn't line up with location a lot so the destination in unfamiliar territory can already be passed (happend to me couple of times now and walking few kms) - cannot always see good out of a crowded bus, tinted and those honeycomb style glass tints, etc.
Never seems to be up to date with train times and bus times. Most of the time, it's wrong, so you're either really early or late. Seriously, it's not that hard to actually try to update the system every now again.
Broken, preferances don't save, app crashes or fails to function. If there was any other option i would use it. Please for the love of humanity fix your app.
