TransLink is currently partnering with Yellow Cabs to deliver a 12 month trial of Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) in selected Logan suburbs.
DRT is a pre-booked, shared transport service designed to help you get around your local area. You can use DRT to travel to and from your home and selected destinations such as bus and train stations, and local shops, medical centres and libraries.

Horrible app. I can't sign up as I have no customer id. I see numerous others have had the same issue and no updates within 2 years. Pathetic.
Keeps crashing and ability to cancel and review trips hit and miss. Please fix bugs!!!

Update: further to my below feedback, the app no longer works. It keeps crashing just as you are finalising a booking. App needs some serious updating/fixing. Update it so customers should be able to cancel bookings thru the app instead of having to call. It will also help clear the call queue on your end. Also fix the View Trips link on the app. Doesn't work and the app just crashes. Not much sense in having an app when you have to view and manage your bookings via the website or by calling.
Doesn't work, crashes everytime its used. Ipad and Android.
