I didn't know that infant should check in to counter,I tried many time at check in kiosk but is not working but then I get into counter but they won't let me check in even still have 1 hour left and told me to buy another ticket.
Useless.. I download the app for easy access to boarding pass.. but I still need to manually key-in the Comfirmation number.. lol
At first i thought it's a cheaper alternative than flying out of Changi Airport. But in the end their "fees" made the total price more expensive than top airlines. Boo.
Hang after update
Cannot open app
It was working fine until your last update on 27 Feb 2024. Now the app is dead. Can't open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times and rebooted phone. Still doesn't work. Why update when it was working perfectly? You are losing sales!
Keeps crashing. Developers please fix the bug. Thanks.
Major improvements on performance and UI of the app. Now you can key in promo code when you book your flights. You can also book Firefly Holiday packages through the app.
