The worst delivery service, you set the appropriate time for you, then they come at the appropriate time for them, and if they do not find you, you will not find them again. You will send and call and no one will answer.
Nice app for no use !! It has pickup and delivery options within 1-2 days on the app, but no slots are available for 3-4 months. Thank you for wasting my time. Hope in the future you start whatever you've promissed now!
Be careful from this Delivery company, all their timing are incorrect, you should forget your items with them, it may not Delivered at all
Scam
I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Fenix Express. After paying a premium for express delivery, I was let down when my package arrived two days late. This inconvenience was compounded when I reached out for support. Despite using their WhatsApp call center, my conversations were repeatedly ended prematurely. To make matters even more frustrating, the agent I was dealing with, named Dina, continuously asked me to repeat my inquiries, which felt like a loop of inefficiency.
