Locate the nearest scooter in the app, scan the QR code to unlock and start riding
End ride and pay online
Safety Rules:
Age 16+ only
Don't double up, 1 rider per e-scooter allowed

Use on low-speed roads under 30 km/hr
Always park carefully in the designated parking areas, non-compliance can attract fines from the RTA (Dubai)

BEWARE SCAM. This app allows you to take a non functional scooter and then not be able to return it, and will keep charging you for it. Customer service was not available, so I couldn't speak to anyone. Only a chatbot which just kept saying it couldn't understand
Bad app. They charged me 40 dhs and i didnt even use their ride đź‘Ž

Don't be fooled by their MyRide. They randomly stopped the subscription without any notification. After that it's been more than 3 months since I've been trying to get them to pick up the scooter from my house but they are not doing it. If I put it outside and it gets stolen then they say I'll be responsible. Really terrible experience.
Ride doesn't end
Such a scam company, they're charging 21 dhs for 10 minutes use?!!!!!!!! It's even expensive that 50 L Petrol
Cheating... promised AED 20 FREE and charged the amount from my card ..very poor experience.. no instant customer care
