I couldn't check in for the flights i booked on the airline's app and had to pay the manual check in fees. The assigned travel agent, this app and the airline call centre couldn't assist with the problem. I will never use this app to book flights again, and i would avoid using the airline again.
They never finished booking my first flight to Ireland from France due to "tech difficulties" Unfortunately I had also booked my car rental, hotel, and another flight from Ireland to Norway without difficulties. They can't get me to the initial destination but charged for all the extras without refunds. $$$ most costly mistake of the year. No customer service.

Don't trust, they're scammers, they charge you NZD 405 and they don't book your ticket, then they send you to a support robot in the chat that doesn't help you at all, they don't make the refund, they don't schedule your trips. they're scammers, don't trust.
Google the reviews for them, and you fill find out they are notorious for scamming. They tried to charge me a 80$ membership fee 2 weeks after I purchased a ticket I immediately called my banks fraud department, and they refunded my money Do not use this company
It's the worst app ever. eDreams 5 stars Rip off company. You are overpriced. I booked the same ticket the same air times R 13300 South african rand around 707 dollars. On eDrwam app 26000 south african rand around 1382 dollars. Edreams guys, you are crooks and thieves.
