Where are you allowed to return your Cityscoot?
Locate the allowed area in the city on the app. This is where you can end your rental. Just park in a public parking spot authorised for motorised two-wheelers. There are no stations or terminals: you can park in the closest spot to your destination :-)
And what about security?
This is our #1 priority: you have a fully comprehensive insurance during your trip. If you don’t have experience on a scooter, you can take part in one of our free driving initiations with a professional motorcycle instructor.

I cannot open the app. It crash always
L'app ha ancora molti problemi. Si blocca troppo spesso. Per.un periodo mi dava un errore generico che mi impediva di prenotare o avviare il noleggio. In più hanno di recente ristretto ulteriormente ed enormemente la zona senza neanche un minimo di preavviso. Non mi sembra una policy aziendale molto seria.
Keeps prompting for Play password , either a scam or poor designed app
No way to register, after adding my UK mobile number I am not receiving any code via SMS and can't confirm my account. Useless. Update 2 - after having been told it would work, it still doesn't and I am not receiving any SMS. Update 3 - developers keep telling me it works but it still doesn't. I have wasted enough time on this. I have enrolled in many sharing services, and it should not be so painful.
Can't log in. I keep using the change my password link, new password never works.
It doesn't work at all, I cannot log in even when I request a new password.
The service works very well, the only flaw is that for every link in the menu you have to log in to the site, do it automatically! 3 star only fault of the app
