Useless app. Same issue as other users of userid and password not matching error. Deleted.
Can't add your bank details no matter how much help you get from their IT team.
The app is not working very well. Not able to book with a card and needed to go back to full website to process the booking. Waste of time so I have uninstalled it now.
App does not work! Can access my account on-line. But app does not work states either email or password invalid, obviously not, otherwise would not be able to access my account online. Even tried to delete and reinstall. No joy. Tried sending them a message of the problem. "SORRY THERE IS AN ERROR" Usless, deleted the app, they need to sort this!! No point having an App if does not work.......? Not worth one star as can't use.

App will not let me enter a password, so all bookings have to be made by a phone call
