Was a little glitchy in the beginning, but worked fine for the past couple years, but suddenly deleted my pet food dispenser off the app and stopped feeding my cat when I was away on vacation. Lost all scheduling and just stopped dispensing food. Horrible app with updates that seemingly cause certain functions to just randomly stop working.
yea I need either help or leave feedback! the petkit app has a function of "energy consumption" and when I use "do not disturb" and set the time it never seems to work. what time is it using? time from China? when I set it to 11pm to 6am it's it's 655 it's never on! west coast time zone or Germany time zone.
It's very handy. When you want to go on holiday you don't need to worry about your 🐱
App is only helpful once it can pair to your device. If you don't have at 5Ghz internet it won't pair and then you cannot set anything to run automatically.
Bought 2 units - a few months apart, in different locations - both decided to stop working last week at exactly the same time (what are the chances!!) .... Customer service leaves a lot to be desired... Their solution after a few emails over and back -- "bring them back to where you got them, we're after suggesting as much as we can..." I tried 7 ways til sundown trying to fix them - way more than was suggested by customer *support*.....
Well, it works.
App could be good. The "In working" status is funny lol But seriously it was empty for two days and it never sent a phone notification. Pretty disappointed about that
