The panels are great. But controlling them is a nightmare. Connecting panels to the app is OK, just use 2.4 WiFi connections but then when you open the app, the paired items disappear. Sometimes they stay for a couple of uses, sometimes not even that. The app (or cloud?) seems unable to remain paired. I'm utterly convinced by the technology but as it stands all future purchases will be with a competitor whose connectivity is well reviewed.
No customer support, all they care about taking your money and don't care about you after. Never buy from them.
Truly world's shittiest remote app, I guess that's an achievement on its own🥲
Very bad app. Timers don't work, schedules work 1/10 times. It's an app that basically controls itself and will decide on it's own whether it will turn on or off. Klarstein products look good but that's pretty much all. I've been using the app and my product for over 3 months and these issues are not resolved. But what they did do is change the appearance of the app!!
I have 2 Klarstein devices.. AirFryer and AirCondition.. both "smart". But you can't connect them to wifi... both devices don't even behave as the manual describes it ... totaly waste of money if you were looking for "smart" devices...
I just cannot connect anymore and lost all devices connection
