The program didn't function at all like described, company is a scam. Since my daughter has an iPhone, Messages aren't ablecto be monitored by the app at all, and not able to get real time updates from her phone. Realized this within 1 day of paying for a year (since there was a 30 day money back guarantee), and submitted a ticket to customer service. They refused a refund, since they said this is working as intended.
Waste of money
I was working fine. But since the update a few months ago. . . I can't see the messages or the photos. . . I kept my subscription for 2 more months hoping things would go back to normal. . . But it hasn't. And I've contacted them through email. And they said it was the app used on the target phone. . . . It the same app they have always had. . . .
Not recommended. Location is not accurate. Its to far. Whatsapp monitoring are limited and not in realtime and others
