I just started using this app and it's already making me mad. It won't let me log in with Amazon, it won't stay logged in when I use my email and apparently it doesn't cover lost or stolen items, then why is it an option? This is some bs
Absolutely Horrible! So confusing when trying to make a claim. Then when you find where to go you get sent to a page that says "There was an internal service error." Website isn't any better either, always gets stuck on the upload of drivers license. How about we go back to going to the store and filing claims! That works so much better than a failing app and website. Have been on phone with customer service more times than I care to count.
Why is the app asking me to open in chrome? I downloaded straight from playstore, then why is it opening there? None of my other apps do this on my phone.

What does this do

Easy app to use and report claims. They only thing I don't like is when I can't find the option in looking for. Like when I tried to report a claim for my dashcam. It didn't show a dash cam option even though it's super to cover all my electronics with this service except for phones. They need to update this because I even purchased separate insurance for this dashcam with asurion and it still doesn't show it.
