The service is horrible. Had arrange for a call back to explain why my request was rejected before they could contact me. No reason was given. Demand a call back to explain instead of calling me they dial and have my phone with 2 miss call. Could only felt 2 vibration while holding onto the phone and saw 2 miss call. Such dishonest service. They even drop me an sms telling me that my smart support was terminated without reason given. This service is not worth paying for.
