There are some cleaners included in this app. Cache Cleaner helps you to get more free space for the internal phone storage by clearing apps cached files, data files. If you have selected to launch apps by default for some actions. Defaults Cleaner helps you to clear the default settings. SD Cleaner helps to delete junk files from the SD card.

* WRITE_SETTINGS: prevent the screen rotation during the automatic function
* SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: draw a wait screen above other apps during the automatic function

Editing to add: the option isn't even there. When I click turbo mode the only thing that shows up is the option for premium. It used to always offer the option to watch an ad. used to love this app but they removed the option to watch an ad and use turbo mode 😭
Fantastic App! Sorry AZSoft Technology, I accidentally left a bad review earlier, I must have selected the wrong app to review. This app is Great, mainly because it does what it's supposed to... and easily. I can't get over how many apps on Google Play simply DON'T do what they're supposed to do!!! Anyway, this 1 Tap Cleaner is exactly what I was looking for and it works fine. The free version is great and the paid version even better.

In cache cleaner . It is not finding all the apps on my phone to clean cache
Changes permission in apps to remove permissions if app is unused. Don't like that at all. I am then missing updates for apps because of you because they get put to sleep just because I didn't use for a week or something. EDIT: Well, I tried another cache cleaner and didn't have it happen with them.
This was a fantastic app that helped me keep my phone running smooth and fast. However recent few updates where they have tried to add or change some functionality has broken the app. Firstly the outer most ad prompt does nothing..to clear cache I have to see another ad. Second is nowadays the summary post cleanup doesn't seem accurate. 3rd at times it does not scan all apps properly..some SNS apps with over 500mb of data remain uncleared. So it needs fixes team. Still rooting for you!! BOL!!
