I'm at the PIR, watching the Shriner's 500, I've paid for the scanner, and it's not letting me use that function, just the live radio. My phone has been updated as well as the app. I'd like my money back

Worst ap ever. Suppose to use to get your tickets. After creating account and following instructions, got nowhere. Don't bother just use the track site to access tickets.
