when i try to activate my account, the nationality field cannot enter character, only numbers. this means that i cannot activate at all

Useless app. I try to buy a plan. A few times already and it's just stuck there after approved the transaction. No respond, no button are useful. If you saw this message, dont install the app. Its useless and its a trap.
