I changed my plan online. They removed my free calls to M1 friends. I tried to re-nominate the same numbers again but the app kept showing "No Numbers selected" after clicking confirm. Contacted M1, received sms from M1 that issue has resolved. But when I try to nominate again, same issue still persisted. M1 said system still showed the numbers i nominated but I have to re-nominate again in my app for the numbers to show. But I will be charged $10.90. So how to solve this issue?

Horrible experience navigation just to get a bill
Customer service is a joke. They've really dropped their standards. App is not friendly, and customer loyalty is a facade. Looking to switch telco after being with M1 for more than 15yrs
