Steps for correct installation.
Always make sure your watch is paired to your phone when installing.
Pairing with Wi-Fi works best. You must also use the same Gmail account for Play store purchase and watch device.
When it says "installing soon" please wait at least 5 minutes then check your watch to see if installation is complete.
Another option is to install directly from your watch.
Go to Play store app on your watch and search the watch face name "NXV01" then try to install directly from your watch.
Please note you will only get charged once even if you attempt to download again if you are using same Gmail account.

Can't open the watch face
I am not able to download, despite making payment
Gorgeous Until the pinkish face I'd been so happy with turned a different face color and will not return to my choice! REALLY LOVED IT BUT NOW . . . It's changed. 😒
Paid for this watch face and very disappointed that it has glitches. The step counter and heart rate monitor shows 0 the whole time unless I restart the watch and then after a little while it just does the same.

Would not download to my watch
Looks very nice! Wasn't able to get the steps or bpm to work initially, but dev was super helpful and got everything working. (ended up just needing to reinstall)
