Buyers be aware! It's 2024 and the company potentially cannot print the books in any other languages other than English. We are a bilingual family, Chinese and English. I write the blog as how we communicate within the family. All the chinese characters are blacked out in our printed book. Upon speaking with the customer support, the response was "we will continue to push our printing company about resolving language issue." Ok? When will this be resolved?

Can't post to the app. Always get an error. You want me to turn off my predictive text in order to use your app. That's a joke.
This app is horrible. I have it set in the settings to send me a text with questions so that I can keep up but they never send so I never end up using the app. I have tried contacting support and tried canceling my membership but keep getting errors so I am unable to cancel. It just auto renewed even though I tried canceling. I hate this app and would not recommend at all. Now I need to waste more time figuring out how to cancel.

sometimes the UI is clunky (questions get texted to me, but they don't show up in the app right away). otherwise, it's an interesting approach to journaling/scrapbooking that I wouldn't have taken on on my own.
Since the new update of the app, I can no longer do gallery photo collages of 4 pics together. I have to add single photos. The questions don't really apply to our situation. I also found them repetitive. I have cancelled the renewal for future years after this one expired. I still think the book print is very nice at the end. We have bought one in the past and revisit it often.
