Instruction guide is useless on the app, manual not loading. Video guide is just the advertisement video, and doesn't show how to install the carseats. Also it wont let me register the stroller that came with my car seats.
I don't know exactly what I'm doing wrong with this app or if it just sucks. I've tried to register my daughter's carseat AND booster seat and for some reason I can't register the booster. Also the scan QR code doesn't seem to work either.
Will not let me sign in
The app signed me out, so when I went to sign in it, the app goes through the motions, but doesn't actually sign me in. The thing is, all the login information is saved to my Samsung and Google accounts, I try a password reset, but then the app tells me my email isn't registered, which is wrong because the Samsung registry login that has the information saved uses the baby trend logo saved with the correct information.
Registration was easy, I don't understand why people had such a difficult time, I ran into a few road blocks but not nothing out of the ordinary that's common when registering. When it scanned the QR code it did bring me to a page to buy more products but theres a exit button at the bottom of the screen I clicked and brought me back to the registration with the model # and everything auto filled as promised.
An absolutely miserable app. It's painfully hard to actually register your product. Each time I filled in a line it would back me out to the main page. The packet that came with my carseat said there would be an installation video, which there wasn't.
Don't waste your time.
