Unreliable
My camera doesn't seem to connect to the WiFi since the update.The camera by itself is good buy it's a shame that it's always glitching every now and then due to software issues.Meeding to get another backup baby monitor as it has let me down multiple times
Randomly sets my alarm off and inky way to stop it is ti disable all notifications. There is nothing in notifications indicating what has set the alarm off, and no recent notification that the alarm could be linked to? As soon as I re enable notifications the alarm resumes and the only alternative is to restart my phone, galaxy 21 and now s24 (same issue). UX is clunky IMO, shame because camera and features are good.
I've been unable to login for weeks ever since the latest update. Even reset the password and it always tells me its unable to log in. Would be 5 stars if i could access my camera. Edit: if using android make sure your email has a lowercase for the first letter or it wont let you in.
Always get stuck, UX is just getting worse over time
Used to love my lollipop but since the newest update it looks like the frame rate of the camera has gone down. The video used to be so smooth and clear.. now it looks glitchy. Looked at the video on my husbands phone and it's the same. Not sure what they changed on the most recent firmware update but for something that needs AI to track breaths.. you'd think slowing down the frame rate wouldn't be the best choice.
I cannot access my camera. It says my password is incorrect. I've had this camera for well over two years. I "forgot" password and made another and cannot get in. Emailed company. No response.
