We should Boycott this newspaper as they always write and print the anti-India and anti-Irish news. It was originally founded by a British Army officer Lawrence Edward Knox!

When reading an article and temporarily lose network, the app reverts to homepage. Seems caching should be better than that. Happens a lot between wifi and 5G transitions.

The font size is tiny. There is no font adjustment option in the app. Customer Service say increase the font in phone settings. That doesn't work unless at highest level (which makes everything else on the phone look daft). Not acceptable for a paid service. I also pay for The Times and Athletic. Both have in app font adjustment option. Reported twice and doesn't seem to be a priority to fix. Deleted and using Chrome for now. Will cancel subscription if not fixed soon.

Latest update is full of bugs - as other users point out, in particular the crossword UI is absolutely appalling and unusable. Furthermore, the app constantly crashes whenever I lose data signal (which erases crossword progress). How hard is it to just cache the data to my phone so I can actually use the app when I'm out of signal? The IT app really isn't up to standard of modern app development and UX. It so clearly lags behind which is quite disappointing.
