It is difficult to link the app with a web browser, I'm always reading something online, but then go through the process of logging into the app and having to find the article again.
Like honesty
When I try to read today's paper on my Samsung Galaxy A40 a message comes up warning me that I am about to download a file over a mobile network and asking me 'do I wish to proceed? (or similar wording)... Yes, I do, but there is no button or other icon for me to press to indicate approval... Touching the screen does nothing either...So I need to exit the app (until I get home and can access over WiFi)
same as the other recent reviewers, when it works it is brilliant but for approximately l2 months it takes ages to initiate a download. I tried to report the issue via the inapp contact section but that was not working either.
Has to redownload every time you close and open the app. Wrong articles appear when you click on them. Extremely poor for a paid service.
This app used to be very good, but not in the last couple of months. It's getting very frustrating waiting for it not only to download but to try and go back to an article if you are interrupted and try to read it again. It goes through the whole very slow download again.
Recently more miss than hit. For a subscription service terrible trying to download. I've checked wifi and no issues. Just poor response from IT site
Technical improvements.
