Speaker-id check

This app is used for checking of voice verification.
The build is based on a test project written in Kotlin to demonstrate a voice verification process using Speaker-id cloud service in cellular networks.

Features:
- easy embedding into the target application;
- Adjustable error level of FAR (<10% by default);
- fast adaptation to channel distortions and background noises;
- the duration of the audio recording  for building a voiceprint is at least 15 seconds;
- the duration of the audio recording for verification is at least 7 seconds;
- verification accuracy does not depend on the language;
- control panel from the Speaker-id cloud service.
